Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We ship to all mainland UK addresses including England, Scotland, and Wales. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and remote island areas may require additional time — please contact us before ordering.


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Delivery Timeframes

  • All furniture items: Delivered within 3–6 business days from dispatch

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch (available at checkout for eligible items)


Total Estimated Delivery Time (Order to Door)

Including order processing, please allow the following from the date of your order:

  • Standard delivery: 4–8 business days (maximum 8 business days guaranteed)

  • Express delivery: 2–4 business days

We are committed to delivering all standard orders within 8 business days of order placement. If your order is delayed beyond this window, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery postcode. Free standard delivery is available on orders of £90 or more. The exact shipping cost is always displayed before payment is taken — no hidden charges.


Large Item Delivery

For larger furniture items, delivery is made to the kerbside or front door of the delivery address. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.


Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.


Failed & Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will leave a card with redelivery options or contact you to rearrange. A re-delivery fee may apply for missed pre-arranged delivery slots.


Delivery Delays

Whilst we are committed to the 8-business-day maximum, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control. We will proactively notify you of any significant delay.
