Our Commitment

LumiSkin Lab maintains accurate, real-time inventory information across our website and Google Merchant Centre product feed. Customers deserve reliable stock information before placing an order.


In-Stock Products

Products listed as "In Stock" are genuinely available and ready to dispatch within the processing timeframe stated. Inventory is synchronised regularly to ensure accuracy.


Out-of-Stock Products

Out-of-stock products are clearly marked as "Out of Stock" or "Currently Unavailable" and cannot be added to the basket. We do not accept payment for items we cannot fulfil.


Low Stock

Where stock is critically low, a low stock notice may appear on the product page. These notices reflect genuine inventory levels.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order listings clearly state the expected dispatch date. Payment is taken at the time of pre-order. Customers are fully informed of all timelines before completing their purchase.


Overselling Prevention

In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will:

  • Notify you by email within 24 hours

  • Offer a full refund, a suitable alternative, or the option to wait for restock

  • Process any applicable refund within 5 business days


Discontinued Lines

Discontinued products are removed from active listings immediately. We do not advertise discontinued items as available for purchase.


Supplier Delays

If supplier or logistics issues temporarily affect stock availability, we update our website promptly and proactively contact all affected customers.
